According to the invention, the support is obtained by mixing a cellular sediment, in a concentration of 4x10cells/ml, with a solution consisting of 0.06 g of sodium alginate dissolved in 5 ml of NaCl solution, in a concentration of 155 mM, supplemented with 50 μ M...100 μ M of H-Gly-Gly-OH dipeptide solution, after which the cells-alginate mixture is transferred as drops into 70 ml of CaClsolution, resulting in sodium alginate micro beads which are grown in a culture medium, under standard conditions, in a ratio of 10...12 micro beads/ml, for 9 days.
Invenţia se referă la un suport implantabil, destinat aplicaţiilor din medicina regenerativă.
