Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a composite biomaterial with anti-inflammatory action, with bioactive matrix as a membrane, with a thickness of 0.5...1 mm, consisting of 100 parts of solution of colagen (type I or type III) obtained from bovine tendons and skin, by a usual enzymatic treatment, in a concentration of 0.5...1% and an average molecular mass of 400 000...500 000; 15...20 parts of chitosan with a concentration of 0.5...1% and a molecular mass of 350 000...500 000, the parts being expressed by weight; and 5...10 mg α chemotrypsin; with or without the addition of 0.1...0.5% glutaraldehyde of 25% concentration as a cross-linking agent.
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un biomaterial compozit cu acţiune antiinflamatoare, cu matrice bioactivă sub formă de membrană, cu grosimea de 0,5...1mm, constituită din 100 părţi soluţie de colagen (tip I sau tip III) obţinut din tendoane şi piele de bovină, prin tratament enzimatic uzual, de concentraţie 0,5...1% şi masă moleculară medie de 400.000-500.000; 15...20 părţi chitosan, cu o concentraţie de 0,5...1% şi masă moleculară de 350.000-500.000, părţile fiind exprimate în greutate; şi 5...10 mg alfa chemotripsină; cu sau fără adăugarea a 0,1...0,5% glutaraldehidă 25%, ca agent de reticulare. |
