MICRO PUMP WITH ELASTIC MEMBRANES WITH INTERNAL CUTOUTS

The invention relates to a micro pump with elastic membranes with internal cutouts, intended to be used in the medical, pharmaceutical, aeronautics or biotechnology field, as well as in the chemical, dyestuff, inks and cosmetics industries for circulation, dosing, measuring and transporting very small fluid volumes. According to the invention, the micro pump consists of a plate I (1) fastening a piezoelectric diaphragm (2) with actuating function, a plate II (3) meant to limit the movement of a valve (b), two identical disks (4.1, 4.2) with valves placed on top of each other but rotated by 180°, intended to ensure the fluid intake and discharge functions, each of them having configured an orifice (a) and an internal cutout zone comprising the closing-opening valve (b) and some cutouts ( c), the orifice (a) and the closing-opening valve (b) being positioned diametrically opposite, symmetrically in relation with the center of the valve disks (4.1, 4.2); the micro pump also contains a plate III (5) which limits the movement of the valve (b), a biocompatible membrane (6) with fluid separation function, a piezoelectric diaphragm (2) and four screws (7) with nuts (8) providing the screwing of the micro pump elements.
