Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a polyether-urethane carrier used for transdermal transport of pharmaceutical compounds of betulin, betulinic acid and oleanoic acid type, with known antibacterial and anticancer activity, which are used in medicine and stomatology. According to the invention, the carrier consists in that the synthesis is carried out by a polyaddition process between an isocyanic component of aliphatic type and a hydroxyl component consisting of a mixture of polyester and diols with a role of chain extenders, the biphasic interface chemical reaction being completed in the presence of a surfactant, in a discontinuous reactor equipped with a mechanical stirrer and a heating system at a molar ratio of 1.2 to 1 between the hydroxyl component and the isocyanic one, within the temperature range of 35...45°C, the resulting polyether-urethane carrier having a reduced toxicity, a low surfactant content and low heterogeneity index.
