RECONFIGURABLE DRAWING EQUIPMENT

The invention relates to a reconfigurable equipment for drawing semi-finished products as thin sheets, used for manufacturing some spatial pieces of complex configuration, of the type of those meant for car bodies, airship or ship bodies. According to the invention, the equipment consists of an assembly provided with an elastic membrane () and a lower subassembly provided with the elastic membrane () and a reconfigurable punch (), consisting of a number of hydraulic cylinders in a network, which allows the deformation of the semi-finished product (), according to its geometrical shape, when applying a pressure upon the elastic membrane (), the pressure enclosure delimited by the body (), the fastening plate () and the elastic membrane () providing a controlled pressure upon the surface of the semi-finished product which is deformed in the lower subassembly delimited by the body () and the fastening plate (), the profiled plate (), the elastic membrane (), which prevents the active element head to be imprinted into the material, and the reconfigurable punch (), whose geometrical shape is digitally controlled, may allow the material flow control during the deformation process.
