Compoziţia conform invenţiei este formată dintr-o soluţie apoasă 3...15% de alcool polivinilic, o soluţie 1...7% agent antimicrobian în etanol, la un raport de amestecare de 75/25...95/5, şi, după caz, 0,05...2% polietilen glicol.
