Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a food product consisting of chicken hot-dogs with low sodium content and alimentary fibers addition, consisting of 25...27% water, 60...62% chicken breast, 18...19% lard, 3.3...3.5% dietetic alimentary fibers, 1.8...2% milk proteins, 1.4...1.6% mixture of sodium and potassium chloride with sodium nitrite, 3.0...3.5 g/kg sodium and potassium polyphosphates, together with extracts of yeasts, natural flavours, spices and ascorbic acid. Prezenta invenţie se referă la un produs alimentar constând din crenvurşti din pui cu conţinut redus de sodiu, şi cu adaos de fibre alimentare, constituit din 25...27% apă, 60...62% piept de pui, 18...19% slănină, 3,3...3,5% fibre alimentare dietetice, 1,8...2% proteine din lapte, 1,4...1,6% amestec de clorură de sodiu şi potasiu cu azotit de sodiu, 3,0...3,5 g/kg polifosfaţi de sodiu şi potasiu, împreună cu extracte de drojdii, arome naturale, condimente şi acid ascorbic.
