Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for measuring the circuit structures impedance on metamaterials by means of line sections in short-circuit or in open circuit. According to the invention, the method comprises the use of a mounting consisting of a generator of very high frequencies, microwaves or millimeter waves, in combination with an installation for characterization on board of the circuits and the planar devices, by means of said installation there being experimentally determined the insertion point and the length of the line section in open circuit which adapts the circuit structure CRLH (Composite Right/Left Handed) to be measured to the characteristic impedance Zof the high frequency circuit, the values of the resistive and reactive parts of the unknown impedance which is to be measured being determined by calculations by means of some relations derived from the transmission lines theory. Invenţia se referă la o metodă de măsurare a impedanţei structurilor de circuit pe metamateriale cu ajutorul tronsoanelor de linie în scurtcircuit sau în gol. Metoda conform invenţiei implică utilizarea unui montaj format dintr-un generator de frecvenţe foarte înalte, microunde sau unde milimetrice, în combinaţie cu o instalaţie de caracterizare pe plachetă a circuitelor şi dispozitivelor planare, cu ajutorul căreia se determină experimental punctul de inserţie şi lungimea tronsonului de linie în gol care adaptează structura de circuit CRLH (Composite Right/Left Handed) de măsurat la impedanţa caracteristică Za circuitului de frecvenţă foarte înaltă, valorile părţilor rezistivă şi reactivă ale impedanţei necunoscute, care se doreşte a fi măsurată, fiind determinate prin calcule cu ajutorul unor relaţii deduse din teoria liniilor de transmisiune.
