Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a low speed actuator with intermittent articulated reducer, meant for discreet solar orientation, in pitches, or similar requirements, in order to perform some reduced angular movements, below 1 degree/pitch and controllable by reducing in high ratios the speed of a classic electric, direct or alternating current motors, in conditions of constructive simplicity and low costs. According to the invention, the actuator consists of a classic electric, direct or alternating current motor, a reducer (R) with articulated bars of the rocker-lever type (for instance a quadrangle mechanism, rocker-lever mechanism with an incongruous coupling etc.) which intermittently transmits the movement to a final irreversible reducer (for instance worm and wheel (AM) or screw-nut transmission (TSP)) by means of some one-way contrarotating couplings (4-5 and 4'-5') and a system (6, 6') for successively coupling the couplings, by means of which there is also provided the reversing of the sense of movement at the inlet into the final reducer and it may use a single one-way coupling in the case of the rotary actuators applications where the worm and wheel return to the initial position is performed by the rotation thereof in a single way, and the continuous or discreet modification of the length of a crank (AB) may be performed by means of a mechanical adjusting system, in order to obtain a variable kinematic ratio.
