According to the invention, the composite has a tensile strength on the warp direction of 500...870 N and on the weft direction of 390...730 N, a thermal resistance of 0.1508...0.1596 mKW, an average transmission of the visible sunlight of up to 75% and of infrared radiation of up to 72%, said composite comprising a textile reinforcement woven from monofilament polyethylene yarns with diameters of 0.15...0.30 mm, with 1...3 layers, a covering degree of 23.2...45%, laminated with polyethylene adhesive fused on the surface of a polyethylene sheet with 2...3 layers, which forms cylindrical air bubbles with a diameter of 30 mm and a height of 12 mm, wherein the stationary air represents 75% of the volume of the two-layer sheet and up to 95% of the volume of the three-layer sheet.
