Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a natural food supplement having antistress properties and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the natural food supplement consists of 25...75 parts of plant powders comprising St. John's wort, valerian radix, stinging nettle, box thorn fruit, momordica fruit, 1...25 parts of magnesium salts and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants consisting of 1...2 parts of gelatin, 2...4 parts of starch, 3...5 parts of lactose and 1...3 parts of talcum. The process claimed by the invention consists in grinding the plants, screening them together with the magnesium salts, admixing water and the conditioning adjuvants, after which the homogenized mixture is compressed, the resulting product being subjected to microbial decontamination by irradiation with beams of accelerated electrons at doses of 5...7 kGy. Invenţia se referă la un supliment alimentar natural, cu proprietăţi antistres şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia. Suplimentul alimentar natural, conform invenţiei, este constituit din 25...75 părţi de pulberi de plante, constând din iarbă de sunătoare, rădăcină de valeriană, iarbă de urzică, fructe de cătină, fructe de momordica, 1...25 părţi săruri de magneziu şi adjuvanţi acceptabili farmaceutic, constând din 1...2 părţi gelatină, 2...4 părţi amidon, 3...5 părţi lactoză şi 1...3 părţi talc. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din măcinarea plantelor, cernerea lor concomitent cu sărurile de magneziu, adăugarea apei şi a adjuvanţilor de condiţionare, după care amestecul omogenizat este comprimat, produsul obţinut fiind decontaminat microbian prin iradiere cu un fascicule de electroni acceleraţi la doze de 5...7 kGy.
