PHARMACEUTICAL MOUTHWASH-TYPE PREPARATIONS BASED ON CHLORHEXIDINE METAL COMPLEXES AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation of the mouthwash type and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the preparation comprises 0.03...0.1% metal complexes of cyclohexidine with auxiliary substances consisting of polyoxyethylene-20 sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyl-40 hydrogenated castor oil, glycerol, ethyl alcohol, mint oil and water, presented as clear violet-coloured solutions having a slightly acid pH and a relative density higher than water. The process claimed by the invention consists in weighing the starting materials, mixing the same, triturating, hot dissolving and mass completion followed by the control and conditioning of the final product. Invenţia se referă la un preparat farmaceutic, tip apă de gură şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia. Preparatul conform invenţiei cuprinde 0,03...0,1% complecşi metalici ai ciclohexidinei şi substanţe auxiliare, constând din polioxietilen-20 sorbitan monooleat, ulei de ricin polioxil-40 hidrogenat, glicerină, alcool etilic, ulei de mentă şi apă, care se prezintă sub formă de soluţii limpezi, de culoare violet, cu pH slab acid şi densitate relativă mai mare decât a apei. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din cântărirea materiilor prime şi amestecarea, triturarea, dizolvarea la cald, completarea la masă, controlul şi condiţionarea produsului finit.
