Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a thermo-pneumatic convertor with oscillating operation connected to a hydraulic motor with closed-loop fluid circulation, which generates a useful work for driving an electric power generator into rotation, thereby achieving the conversion of thermal energy into electric power. According to the invention, the convertor consists of a photo-voltaic panel (1) which converts solar energy into electric energy which is stored within an electrical engineering equipment (2) employed for the start of the installation, while an electric resistor (3) of a gas generator (4) provides additional heating to heat COwhich is fed to a reservoir (8) also having the role of a condensation tank for the liquid CO(9), reaches a heat exchanger (12) and passes into an overheating vessel (6); a heat pump (14) allows the reconversion of the thermal energy released and stored in a thermal energy accumulator (19) following to the COcondensation; some electrically-operated valves (23 and 24) are intended to allow the COgas blanket to be maintained and diminished within some water reservoirs (25 and 26), the cryogenic gas in the gas generator (4) creating a gas blanket which presses on the surface of an amount of water (29) captive within a reservoir (25), generating a potential energy similar to the operation of a house water supply plant; the said water (29) flows into a hydraulic motor (33) and a mechanical coupling (35) transmits the rotation motion to an electric generator (36), the hydraulic motor (33) converting the hydro-pneumatic energy into mechanic work, the water being delivered under pressure into a return pipe (37), allowing water circulation in the reservoir (26) where it is stopped by a level detector (40) which, by closing and opening some electrically-operated valves, leads to the unloading of the gas blanket in the reservoir (25); this way the operating cycle is resumed over and over, as long as there is enough thermal energy in the environment.
