PROCESS FOR THE SIMULATION OF TANNING SYSTEMS

The invention relates to a method for the simulation of the tanning capacity of some tanning agents applied in the leather industry. According to the invention, the method consists in interacting a carrier comprising fibrillar collagen gel obtained from the dermis of the calf's skin having a content of 0.8...2% dry substance with 0.1...10% mineral or organic tanning agents, the resulting gel is stabilized by lyophilization at a temperature of -40°C...+30°C, for 48 h, wherefrom there result spongy disks which are subjected to usual technics for evaluating the tanning capacity. Invenţia se referă la o metodă de simulare a capacităţii de tanare a unor agenţi tananţi, cu aplicare în industria de pielărie. Metoda conform invenţiei constă din interacţiunea unui suport constituit din gel de colagen fibrilar, obţinut din derma pielii de viţel, având un conţinut de 0,8...2% substanţă uscată, cu 0,1...10% agenţi de tanare organici sau minerali, gelul obţinut se stabilizează prin liofilizare la o temperatură de -40...+30°C, timp de 48 h, din care rezultă discuri spongioase, care sunt supuse unor tehnici uzuale de evaluare a capacităţii de tanare.
