Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a biodegradable nutritive support employed within the process of producing seedlings and to a process for making the same. According to the invention, the support comprises 30% mixture of secondary cellulose fibres, 55...70% surface peat, up to 15% wastes from processing agricultural products and 2% auxiliary agents with nutritive elements contribution, 3...6% resin for resistance in wet state and up to 1% auxiliary agents adjusting the biodegradable capacity and with antifungal and antimicrobial properties. The process claimed by the invention consists in breaking and individualizing the fibrous material, moulding under vacuum, dehydrating the moulded structure by pressing it between a pair of moulds and drying in a hot air circulation system. Invenţia se referă la un suport nutritiv, utilizat în procesul de producere a răsadurilor, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia. Suportul conform invenţiei este compus din 30% amestec de fibre celulozice secundare, 55...70% turbă de suprafaţă, până la 15% deşeuri de la prelucrarea produselor agricole, respectiv, 2% auxiliari pentru aport de elemente nutritive, 3...6% răşină pentru rezistenţă în stare umedă, şi până la 1% auxiliari pentru reglarea capacităţii de biodegradare şi cu proprietăţi antifungice şi antimicrobiene. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din destrămarea şi individualizarea materialului fibros, formarea sub vacuum pe matriţă, deshidratarea prin presare a structurii formate între o pereche de matriţe, şi uscarea în sistem de circulaţie a aerului cald.
