The process claimed by the invention consists in mixing and homogenizing epoxy resins having the molecular mass of 800...900 g/mol and phenol-formaldehyde resins with an aryl-amine curing agent of the diamine-diphenyl-sulphone type and graphite powder, at the ambient temperature, for 4...6 h, pressing the resulting powder into the hot-head press, at a pressure of at least 25 kg/cm, concomitantly with a thermal treatment at a temperature of 15...160°C, for 2...3 h, the pressing operation being performed in a mould profiled depending on the shape factor to be complied with. Materialul conform invenţiei este de tip PEM, având cu o rezistivitate de 1...1,5 Ω , o temperatură maximă de utilizare pe termen lung de 100°C şi pe termen scurt de 120°C, o anizotropie a proprietăţilor electrice şi termice mai mică de 2% şi o durată de exploatare la temperatură maximă mai mare de 5000 h. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din amestecarea şi omogenizarea unor răşini epoxidice cu masa moleculară 800...900 g/mol şi fenolformaldehidice cu un întăritor arilaminic de tip diamino-difenilsulfonă şi pulbere de grafit la temperatura ambiantă, timp de 4...6 h, presarea pulberii rezultate în presa cu talere calde, la o presiune de minimum 25 kg/cmp, simultan cu un tratament termic la o temperatură de 15...160°C, timp de 2...3 h, presarea fiind efectuată în matriţă profilată, în funcţie de factorul de formă care trebuie îndeplinit.
