Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process for producing a preparation based on lactobacilli having a strictly determined microbiological and chemical composition with application in pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements industry. According to the invention, the process consists in the static submerged cultivation of a strain of Lactobacillus in a discontinuous system on a nutritive system containing 1...2% glucose, 0.5...1% peptone, and 1...3% yeast extract thereby resulting a dry biomass preparation. The parameters indicated for growing the biomass are: a temperature of 37...40°C, the pH resulting after sterilizing the medium, duration of 46...48 h, static culture in Erlenmayer flasks. The microbial preparation is obtained after three centrifugation steps, the first having a duration of 40...60 min at a speed of 3000 rpm and a temperature of 4...6°C, and the next two having a duration of 40...60 min at a speed of 5000 rpm and temperature of 4...6°C, the sediment of interest being washed with distilled water between the centrifugation steps.
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui preparat pe bază de lactobacili cu o compoziţie microbiologică şi chimică strict determinată, cu aplicare în industria farmaceutică şi cea a suplimentelor nutritive. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în cultivarea submersă, statică, a tulpinii de, în sistem discontinuu, pe un mediu nutritiv ce conţine glucoză 1...2%, peptonă 0,5...1% şi extract de drojdii 1...3%, cu obţinerea unui preparat biomasă sub formă uscată. Parametrii indicaţi pentru procesul de dezvoltare a biomasei sunt temperatura de 37...40°C,H-ul rezultat după sterilizarea mediului, durata 46...48 h, cultura statică în flacoane Erlenmayer. Preparatul microbian se obţine în urma a trei etape de centrifugare, prima cu durată de 40...60 min, la viteza de 3000 rpm şi temperatura de 4...6°C, iar următoarele două cu durata de 40...60 min, la viteza de 5000 rpm şi temperatura de 4...6°C, sedimentul de interes fiind spălat cu apă distilată, între etapele de centrifugare. |
