Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui produs bacterian cu activitate antifungică, din cultura de Bacillus amylolichefaciens, prin dezvoltarea inoculului cultivând tulpina microbiană pe un mediu conţinând glucoză şi săruri minerale, timp de 24...36 h, la 28...32°C, sub agitare la 160...200 rpm, obţinerea culturii de bioproces prin cultivarea inoculului pe un mediu conţinând glucoză şi săruri minerale, timp de 72...120 h, la 28...32°C, sub agitare la 160...200 rpm, separarea biomasei bacteriene prin centrifugarea la 4000 rpm şi la 4°C, ajustareaH-ului supernatantului la 2,5...3,5, extragerea de două ori a acestuia cu acetat de etil, la un raport în volume supernatant : solvent de 1 : 2,5, evaporarea solventului la 40°C, timp de 20...30 min, solubilizarea reziduului în apă distilată şi condiţionarea metaboliţilor microbieni sub formă de emulsie prin încapsulare în particule de polimer natural. |
