Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a polyester yarn, an impregnated cord including it, and to a process for preparing said yarn, used in very high speed tires. According to the invention, the yarn comprises polyester filaments having a factor of amorphous orientation distribution Fad of at least 1.4. The claimed impregnated cord exhibits a tenacity as specified elongation TASE 5% of at least 140 mN/tex at a temperature of 20°C. The claimed process consists in extruding the melted polyester through spinning orifices in a spinneret, there resulting melt-spun filaments which solidify and then they are drawn at a winding speed of 6,800...8,000 m/min in order to form stretched filaments. Invenţia se referă la un fir poliesteric, un cord impregnat care îl cuprinde, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia, utilizat în anvelope de mare viteză. Firul conform invenţiei cuprinde filamente de poliester având un factor de distribuţie a orientării amorfe Fad de minimum 1,4. Cordul impregnat, conform invenţiei, prezintă o forţă de tracţiune la alungire specifică TASDE 5% de minimum 140 mN/tex la o temperatură de 20°C. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din extrudarea poliesterului topit prin orificii de filare într-o filieră, rezultând filamente filate topite, care se solidifică şi apoi sunt etirate la o viteză de înfăşurare de 6800...8000 m/min, pentru a forma filamente etirate.
