Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a modular hip endoprosthesis. According to the invention, the endoprosthesis consists of an interchangeable cylindrical-conical shank (5) which comes into contact with a bone tissue and is joined with an intermediate component (4) by conical clamping, using a nut (3), a neck part (1) being mounted in the intermediate component (4) in certain angular positions, by means of a conical toothed piece (2) locked by fastening with a nut (6). Invenţia se referă la o endoproteză de şold modulară. Endoproteza conform invenţiei este constituită dintr-o coadă (5) interschimbabilă, având o formă cilindroconică, ce intră în contact cu un ţesut osos, îmbinarea acesteia cu o componentă (4) intermediară fiind realizată prin strângere conică, cu ajutorul unei piuliţe (3), un gât (1) fiind montat în componenta (4) intermediară, în anumite poziţii unghiulare, prin intermediul unei piese (2) conice dinţate, fixată cu o piuliţă (6) pentru blocare.
