Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and an installation for low-polluting reclaimed rubber production. According to the invention, the process consists in heat treating the crumb rubber in the presence of rape seeds and dixylene disulphide at a temperature of 235°C for 180 min, the devulcanized material being maintained under vacuum of 0.6 at for 40 min, up to a temperature of 90°C, after which the dried devulcanized material depleted of volatile organic substances is refined and discharged through an extruder at the desired shape and size, while the resulting water vapours are condensed and treated, together with the process condensation water, with an aluminium sulphate solution, a polyelectrolyte solution, calcium oxide, the phases being separated and subjected to absorption wherefrom there results a precipitate which is collected, the water being discharged to the sewage system. The claimed installation comprises a devulcanization autoclave (1), some refining rolls (4, 7), some conveyor belts (2, 5, 8) and some recycling belts (3, 6), some heat exchangers (12, 14), some particle separators (19) and some petroleum products separators (13), a resting vessel (15), a reaction vessel (17) with stirrer, an absorber (19) with active carbon and some pumps (16, 20 and 22) for fluid circulation.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi la o instalaţie de obţinere a unui cauciuc regenerat cu emisii poluante reduse. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din tratarea termică a pudretei de cauciuc, în prezenţă de seminţe de rapiţă şi dixilen disulfură, la o temperatură de 235°C, timp de 180 min, materalul devulcanizat este menţinut sub un vid de 0,6 at, timp de 40 min, până la atingerea temperaturii de 90°C, după care materialul devulcanizat, uscat şi lipsit de substanţe organice volatile, este rafinat şi evacuat printr-un extruder la forma şi dimensiunile dorite, în timp ce vaporii de apă rezultaţi sunt condensaţi şi, împreună cu condensul de proces, sunt trataţi cu o soluţie de sulfat de aluminiu, soluţie de polielectroliţi, oxid de calciu, fazele fiind separate şi supuse absorbţiei, din care rezultă un precipitat care este colectat, iar apa este evacuată în canalizare.
