MIXTURE COMPOSITION FOR OBTAINING CASING OF CONVEYING BELTS WITH TEXTILE INSERTIONS WITH HIGH CONTENT OF CRUMB RUBBER AND REGENERATED RUBBER

The invention relates to a composition for rubberizing the textile insertions in the casing of the conveying belts. According to the invention, the composition consists of 50-80 parts of polybutadiene-styrene rubber, up to 30 parts natural rubber, 5-50 parts of regenerated rubber, 5-35 parts of paraffinic plasticizer, 20-50 parts of active carbon black, up to 50 parts of chlorinated paraffins, 20 parts of stibium trioxide, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of sterarine, 1.5-2 parts of antioxidants, 20-40 parts of white charges, up to 20 active silica, respectively, 3 parts of magnesium oxide, 1.5-2.5 parts of sulphur, 0.6-2 parts of CBS and up to 30 parts of crumb rubber, the parts being expressed by weight and related to 100 parts of polymer. Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie pentru cauciucarea inserţiilor textile din carcasa benzilor transportoare. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din 50-80 părţi cauciuc polibutadien-stirenic, până la 30 părţi cauciuc natural, 5-50 părţi cauciuc regenerat, 5-35 părţi plastifiant parafinic, 20-50 părţi negru de fum activ, până la 50 părţi parafine clorurate, respectiv, 20 părţi trioxid de stibiu, 3-5 părţi oxid de zinc, 1-2 părţi sterarină, 1,5-2 părţi antioxidanţi, 20-40 părţi şarje albe, până la 20 silice activă, respectiv, 3 părţi oxid de magneziu, 1,5-2,5 părţi sulf, 0,6-2 părţi CBS şi până la 30 părţi pudretă de cauciuc, părţile fiind exprimate în greutate şi raportate la 100 părţi polimer.
