Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a ceramic material meant to be used as a basic material in microwave circuits applied to radio communications. According to the invention, the material is obtained by bringing into contact a titanium solution with a solution of citrate of barium and strontium, the mixture being maintained at a temperature of 80°C, under continuous stirring, for 2 hours, wherefrom there results a gel which is heated to a temperature of 135°C for 11 hours, thereby resulting a resin which is successively calcined at 300°C, 400°C and 850°C, respectively, for 2 hours, the resulting powders being compressed as tablets which are subjected to air-sintering, at a temperature of 1350°, for 2 hours, finally resulting a ceramic material having a bimodal distribution of grain sizes of 40...50 micro m and 3...5 micro m. |
