Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electrical linear motor meant for special applications such as stands for mechanical impact tests and repetitive-stress tests, percussion tools and devices for driving electrical apparatuses. According to the invention, the motor comprises two single-phase electromagnetic actuators, each actuator consisting of a magnetic core (1 and 1') whereon a fixed coil (2 and 2') and a mobile coil (3 and 3') are fastened, the two mobile coils ( 3 and 3') actuating by means of a spur (4) on a mobile piece (5) which slides on a guiding (6) and which controls a position transducer (7) by means of which one actuator is put out of the action and the other one is put into operation.
Invenţia se referă la un motor electric liniar, destinat unor aplicaţii speciale, precum: standuri de încercări la şocuri şi vibraţii mecanice, percutoare şi dispozitive de acţionare pentru aparate electrice. Motorul conform invenţiei este constituit din două actuatoare electromagnetice monofazate, fiecare actuator fiind format dintr-un miez (1 şi 1') magnetic, pe care sunt fixate o bobină (2 şi 2') fixă şi o bobină (3 şi 3') mobilă, cele două bobine (3 şi 3') mobile acţionând, prin intermediul unui pinten (4), asupra unei piese (5) mobile care alunecă pe un ghidaj (6) şi care comandă un traductor de poziţie (7), prin intermediul căruia se realizează scoaterea din funcţiune a unui actuator şi punerea în funcţiune a celuilalt. |
