Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process of thermo-mechanical treatment for thick sheets made of steel resistant to atmospherical corrosion, used preferably for making freight cars, trailers for road transportation, bridges, and the like. According to the invention, the process consists in heating for 4 hours, at a temperature of 1150 °C, a slab having a thickness of 250 mm and a width of 1 m, cast from steel S 335 K2 G2 W, followed by 18 rollings to reduce the slab thickness from 250 mm to 14 mm, at temperatures ranging between 1150 - 860°C, the cooling occurring at the environmental temperature and the mechanical characteristics of the obtained sheets corresponding to those provided by Norm SREN 10155 without applying the normalizing thermal treatment for 2 hours at a temperature of 880 °C.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de tratament termomecanic, pentru tablele groase, din oţel rezistent la coroziune atmosferică, utilizate, de preferinţă, la construcţia vagoanelor de marfă, remorci de transport rutier, poduri şi altele asemenea. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în încălzirea, timp de 4 h, la o temperatură de 1150°C, a unei brame cu grosimea de 250 mm şi lăţimea de 1 m, turnate din oţel marca S 335 K2 G2 W, urmată de 18 laminări, prin care se reduce grosimea bramei de la 250 mm la 14 mm, la temperaturi cuprinse între 1150-860°C, răcirea se face la temperatură ambiantă, iar caracteristicile mecanice ale tablelor obţinute se încadrează celor prescrise în norma SREN 10155, fără a se mai aplica tratamentul termic de normalizare timp de 2 h, la o temperatură de 880°C. |
