Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a magnetic-thermic-mechanical plunger meant to treat liquids. According to the invention, the plunger has a construction similar to the construction of a cylindrical coil or a coil with rectangular cross-section (S) made of a conductor stiffened with casting resins in order to be electrically insulated from the liquid, said coil supplied with a variable voltage will generate a magnetic field, and through a corresponding dimensioning of the resistance of the coil (S) and of the conductor material, said coil will generate thermal, mechanical and vibration energies, the dimensioning being obtained by mounting on the coil (S) some vibrators comprising two ferromagnetic concentric cylinders (Cand C) which form a core (m), some slots (f) being cut out on surfaces of the cylinders (Cand C) so as to form some vibrating blades (v).
Invenţia se referă la un plonjor magneto-termo-mecanic destinat tratării lichidelor. Plonjorul conform invenţiei are construcţia similară unei bobine (S) cilindrice sau cu secţiune pătrată, realizată dintr-un conductor rigidizat cu răşini de turnare pentru a fi izolat electric de lichid, care, alimentată cu o tensiune variabilă, va genera un câmp magnetic, iar printr-o dimensionare corespunzătoare a rezistenţei bobinei (S) şi a materialului conductorului, va genera energie termică, energia mecanică, de vibraţie, fiind obţinută prin montarea pe bobină (S) a unor vibratoare constând din doi cilindri (Cşi C) concentrici feromagnetici, care formează un miez (m), pe suprafeţele cilindrilor (Cşi C) fiind decupate fante (f) astfel încât să se formeze nişte lamele (v) vibratoare. |
