Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a corrosion-preventing composition meant for the protection of metal surfaces and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the composition comprises vegetable oils and/or alkyl esters thereof, fatty acid soaps with 16...18 carbon atoms in the molecule, with an amphoteric cation of the aluminium distearate type, animal waxes, copolymers of the methacrylic ester, alpha-tocopherol, partially esterified amber acid esters, benzotriazole, ethoxylated alcohols. The claimed process consists in homogenizing the vegetable oil with alpha-tocopherol and aluminium distearate for 60...90 min at the ambient temperature, increasing the temperature up to 140...150°C, admixing animal waxes, cooling the mixture gradually down to 50...55°C and dosing the benzotriazole, the amber acid esters, the copolymers of methacrylic ester and the ethoxylated alcohols, wherefrom a reaction product results, said reaction product being then homogenized for 90...120 min before being discharged.
