Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and installation for removing the sulphur and aromatic compounds from raw gas oil. According to the invention, the process consists in treating the raw gas oil resulting from atmospheric distillation process having a content of 0.4...2% sulphur and 15...20% aromatic hydrocarbons, with a gas resulting from water electrolysis comprising 63...67% hydrogen and 30...35% oxygen in a volumetric ratio of 6...36 Nmc of electrolysis gas /1mc gas oil, at a temperature of 150...250°C and a pressure of 20...50 atm, in repeated cycles of heating, stabilizing and cooling down to a temperature of maximum 30° C, from which a treated gas oil results, said gas-oil having a content of 0.15...0.2% sulphur and 11...12% aromatic hydrocarbons. The installation for applying the claimed process comprises a steam apparatus (R), a phase separator (FV1), a system for filtering the raw gas-oil (F), some reservoirs (FV2, FV3) for storing the raw gas oil and the treated gas oil, respectively, a regulation and information system comprising some regulating flow meters (FIC 1 and FIC2), some level indicators (LC and LC1) and pressure indicators (PI), respectively. |
