Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process and installation for removing the sulphur and aromatic compounds from raw gas oil. According to the invention, the process consists in treating the raw gas oil resulting from atmospheric distillation process having a content of 0.4...2% sulphur and 15...20% aromatic hydrocarbons, with a gas resulting from water electrolysis comprising 63...67% hydrogen and 30...35% oxygen in a volumetric ratio of 6...36 Nmc of electrolysis gas /1mc gas oil, at a temperature of 150...250°C and a pressure of 20...50 atm, in repeated cycles of heating, stabilizing and cooling down to a temperature of maximum 30° C, from which a treated gas oil results, said gas-oil having a content of 0.15...0.2% sulphur and 11...12% aromatic hydrocarbons. The installation for applying the claimed process comprises a steam apparatus (R), a phase separator (FV1), a system for filtering the raw gas-oil (F), some reservoirs (FV2, FV3) for storing the raw gas oil and the treated gas oil, respectively, a regulation and information system comprising some regulating flow meters (FIC 1 and FIC2), some level indicators (LC and LC1) and pressure indicators (PI), respectively. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi o instalaţie de desulfurare şi dearomatizare a motorinei brute. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din aceea că motorina brută, rezultată din procesul de distilare atmosferică, având un conţinut de 0,4...2% sulf şi 15...20% hidrocarburi aromatice, se tratează cu un gaz provenit de la electroliza apei, constituit din 63...67% hidrogen şi 30...35% oxigen într-o proporţie volumetrică de 6...36 Nmc gaz de electroliză / 1 mc motorină, la o temperatură de 150...250°C şi o presiune de 20...50 at, în cicluri repetate de încălzire, stabilizare şi răcire până la o temperatură de maximum 30°C, din care rezultă motorină tratată, având un conţinut de 0,15...0,2% sulf şi 11...12% hidrocarburi aromatice. Instalaţia pentru aplicarea procedeului conform invenţiei cuprinde o autoclavă (R), un vas (FV1) separator de faze, un sistem (F) de filtrare motorină brută, nişte rezervoare (FV2, FV3) de stocare motorină brută, respectiv, tratată, un sistem de reglare şi informare, compus din nişte debitmetre (FIC1 şi FIC2) regulatoare şi din nişte indicatoare (LC şi LC1) de nivel, respectiv, indicatoare de presiune (PI).
