Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an asymmetrically substituted compound of the tetrapyrrolic heterocycles class, synthesized and optimized for cellular load assays. According to the invention, the product has the chemical structure presented in Fig. 1 and the IUPAC scientific denomination 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris-(4-carboxymethylphenyl)-21,23-H porphin. The claimed product is employed as singlet oxygen generator, as a tester in the Jurkat human leukemia line, as a tester in the human U937 myeloid line, as a tester in the human HT29 adhering line and in any pharmaceutical conditioning type meant for the treatment of cancer.
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un compus substituit asimetric, din clasa heterociclilor tetrapirolici, sintetizat şi optimizat pentru studiile de încărcare celulară. Produsul conform invenţiei prezintă structura chimică ilustrată în fig. 1 şi are denumirea ştiinţifică IUPAC 5-(4-hidroxifenil)-10,15,20-tris-(4-carboximetilfenil)-21,23-H porfina. Produsul conform invenţiei este utilizat ca generator de oxigen singlet, ca tester pe linia Jurkat de leucemie umană, ca tester pe linia U937 mieloidă umană, ca tester pe linia aderentă umană HT29 şi în orice tip de condiţionare farmaceutică pentru tratamentul cancerului. |
