According to the invention, the process consists in thermally treating a powder of AsShaving a purity of 5 N, in a He atmosphere, in a specific regime, in the temperature range of 20...390°C, at a pressure of up to 1.5 at, for about 17 h. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de sinteză a sticlei de AsSde puritate avansată, pentru aplicaţii optice în domeniul 0,62...11 μm. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în tratarea termică a unei pulberi de AsSde puritate 5 N, în atmosferă de He, urmând un regim termic specific, în intervalul de temperaturi de la 20 la 390°C, la o presiune de până la 1,5 atm, timp de aproximativ 17 h.
