Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a polymeric composition having anticorrosion and thermoconductive properties for protecting metal surfaces. According to the invention, the composition comprises an epoxy ester resin modified with butyl acrylate and acrylic acid micronized mixture of iron and manganese oxides, iron oxides with lamellar structure, graphite, finely divided aluminium or copper metal powders, bentone, cellulose esters, dispersion additives and butyl alcohol. Invenţia se referă la a compoziţie polimerică având proprietăţi anticorosive şi termoconductive, pentru protecţia suprafeţelor metalice. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din: răşină epoxi-ester modificată cu acrilat de butil şi acid acrilic, amestec micronizat de oxizi de fier şi mangan, oxid de fier cu structură lamelară, grafit, pulberi metalice fin divizate, de aluminiu sau cupru, bentonă, esteri de celuloză, aditivi de dispersie şi alcool butilic.
