Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an installation for testing, calibrating and checking cold water meters, hot water meters, mass and volumetric flow meters, and also heat energy meters both initially, during the fabrication process thereof, as well as subsequently, periodically during the exploitation thereof within cold water, hot water and heat energy distribution systems. According to the invention, the installation has two tanks (A and B) for cold and hot water, respectively, connected on the one hand, to the cold water network, by means of one of some valves (8 and 73), by means of one of some magnetic filters (7 and 72), by means of one of some electric valves (6 and 71) and by means of one of some mechanical filters (5 and 70), and, on the other hand, to a pumping group (C), by means of some branches (12 and 85) and by means of one of the two pairs of electric valves (13, 14 and 86, 87), from the pumping group (C) the cold water or the hot water, as the case may be, being directed into a main pipe (20) communicating with the two tanks (A and B) through some by-pass servo-valves ( 22 and 23) and by means of a third servo-valve (24) introducing cold or hot water into a test stand (D) wherein there are mounted some water meters (31 and 32) subjected to checking, the test stand (D) being hydraulically linked to a measuring and control group (E) having a plurality of ways (E1, E2 and E3) by means of which it is connected to each of the two tanks (A and B) by means of a discharge electric valve (44) for ventilation and by means of a general distributor (58), by means of one of some electric valves (59 and 60), the preparation of the necessary hot water being carried out with an electric heating assembly (79) or complementarily with an air-water type heat pump (G) of which recovers the heat from inside the room, being connected by means of a valve (90) to the water inlet into the electrical heating assembly (79) and by means of another valve (88) to the inlet of the hot water tank (B).
