ORTHOTIC MECHATRONIC DEVICE

The invention relates to an orthotic mechatronic device which is meant to assist the locomotor functions in old people with severe disabilities and in patients with cardio-respiratory failures and/or serious neuro-locomotor deficiencies, ensuring conditions for biocompatibility, stimulation of blood circulation in lower limbs and a thermo-physiologic and sensorial comfort. According to the invention, the device is provided with a modular bearing structure (A) with articulated segments, attached to the body of the assisted person, mounted under the action of some actuators (B), embedded in some electronic subassemblies together with some equipments (C) of the bearing structure (A) for the partial compensation of the deadweight of the bearing structure (A), a biocompatible interface (D) for protecting the teguments in some contact areas and an equipment (E) for improving the venous and lymphatic blood circulation being provided, there being also provided an autonomization equipment (F) which allows the manual selection of the automatic running of locomotor programs from a control box (17), each program being controlled by an equipment for the control of the main locomotor functions, and also by an electric power source (H). Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv ortetic mecatronic, ce este destinat asistării funcţiilor locomotoare la bătrâni cu severe dizabilităţi şi la bolnavi cu insuficienţe cardio-respiratorii şi/sau deficienţe neurolocomotorii grave, asigurând condiţii de biocompatibilitate, de stimulare a circulaţiei sanguine la membrele inferioare, un confort de biocompatibilitate de stimulare a circulaţiei sanguine la membrele inferioare şi un confort termofiziologic şi senzorial.
