PROCESS FOR MAKING WALLS FOR GREENHOUSES AND/OR CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS

The invention relates to a process for making walls used for building greenhouses for vegetables, flowers etc., as well as for civil constructions where the thermal insulation of the exterior building walls is necessary. The process comprises the following stages: the bottles (1) are processed by machining some diametrally opposed oval cavities (a), in a single plane, into the lateral walls and the bottom thereof is cut-out; the bottles (1) are introduced into one another, so that the upper part provided with a cover (2) of a lower bottle (1) is introduced into the cut bottom of an upper bottle (1); inside the oval cavities (a) of the bottles (1) thus joined, there is introduced mortar, and the columns of bottles (1) are pressed ones upon the others, in transverse direction; there is applied a layer of putty on the interstice remained between two columns of bottles (1) thus joined and pressed. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de realizare a pereţilor utilizaţi la construirea serelor pentru legume, flori etc., precum şi la construcţiile civile unde este necesară izolarea termică a pereţilor exteriori ai clădirilor. Procedeul cuprinde următoarele etape: se prelucrează sticlele (1) prin realizarea unor cavităţi (a) ovale, diametral opus, într-un singur plan, în pereţii laterali, şi se decupează fundul acestora; se introduc sticlele (1) una în alta, astfel încât partea superioară, prevăzută cu capac (2), a unei sticle (1) inferioare, să fie introdusă în fundul decupat al unei sticle (1) superioare; se introduce mortar în cavităţile (a) ovale ale sticlelor (1) astfel îmbinate şi se presează coloanele de sticle (1) unele pe altele, pe direcţie transversală; se aplică un strat de chit pe interstiţiul rămas între două coloane de sticle (1) astfel îmbinate şi presate.
