Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and an installation for producing power vibrations, employed in energy transfer operations. The claimed process consists in producing power vibrations by the sonic vibration of a main flow, with some flows of liquids or gases ensuring concentration of the application, with flow rates controlled at some pressures ensuring the energy density of the application, while some recycling flows are circulated to ensure the required flow rate, when the said flows are low. The claimed installation for carrying out the process comprises some concentrically mounted rotors (1 and 2), namely an internal rotor and an external one, driven by one of some motors (m1 and m2) whose speed (n1 and n2) can be varied by one of some controllers (TC1 and TC2), some orifices (3 and 4) of determined hydraulic characteristics being cut in said rotors (1 and 2), the orifices (3) of the internal rotor (1) being either synchronized or not with the orifices (4) of the external rotor (2), and a stator (6) provided with a slot (9) and having the function of concentrating the flows of fluid coming from the external rotor (2) whereinto they are introduced through some channels (8) cut into a flange (7) mounted in connection with a shaft (10) by which the motor (m1) drives into motion the internal rotor (1).
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu şi la o instalaţie pentru generarea de vibraţii de putere, folosite în operaţiile de transfer energetic. Procedeul conform invenţiei cuprinde producerea vibraţiilor de putere prin vibrarea sonică a unui flux principal, cu nişte fluxuri de lichide sau gaze care asigură concentraţia aplicaţiei cu nişte debite controlate la nişte presiuni care determină densitatea energetică a aplicaţiei, iar nişte fluxuri de recirculare vehiculate asigură debitul necesar, atunci când fluxurile sunt mici. Instalaţia conform invenţiei, în cadrul căreia este aplicat procedeul, este alcătuită din nişte rotoare (1 şi 2) interior şi exterior, montate concentric, antrenate în mişcare de către unul dintre nişte motoare (m1 şi m2) a căror turaţie (n1 şi n2) poate fi variată de către unul dintre nişte regulatoare (TC1 şi TC2), în rotoare (1 şi 2) fiind practicate unele orificii (3 şi 4) cu hidraulică determinată, orificiile (3) rotorului (1) interior fiind sincronizate sau nu cu orificiile (4) rotorului (2) exterior, precum şi dintr-un stator (6) prevăzut cu o fantă (9) şi având funcţia de a concentra fluxurile de fluid provenind din rotorul (2) exter |
