Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a bi-functional ion exchanger resins-based catalyst and to the use thereof for obtaining methylisobutylcetone. According to the invention, the catalyst is prepared by spraying an aqueous tetra-amino palladium solution on the ion-exchanger resin for 4 minutes, in hydrogen current having the temperature of 70-99A C and situated at atmospheric pressure, by providing a palladium "egg shell"-type deposition in the shell of the ion-exchanger granules. Invenţia se referă la un catalizator bifuncţional pe bază de răşini schimbătoare de ioni şi la utilizarea acestuia pentru obţinerea metilizobutilcetonei. Catalizatorul conform invenţiei este preparat prin pulverizarea unei soluţii apoase de clorură de tetraamino-paladiu pe răşina schimbătoare de ioni, timp de 4 min, în curent de hidrogen având temperatura de 70-99°C şi aflat la presiune atmosferică, asigurând o depunere de tip "egg shell" a paladiului în coaja granulelor de schimbători de ioni.
