HYDROGEL CONTAINING INDOMETHACIN AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The invention relates to a hydrogel containing indomethacin used in the anti-inflammatory treatment and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed hydrogel comprises 2 grams of indomethacin, 3 ml of 10% sodium hydroxide solution, 1 gram of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 3 ... 6 ml glycerine, 12 ... 15 ml of isopropylic alcohol, 22.5 ml of propylene glycol, 22.5 ml of ethyl alcohol and distilled water up to 100 g hydrogel. The hydrogel preparation process has as important steps, conferring maximum efficiency to the hydrogel: the solubilization of indomethacin in 10 % sodium hydroxide solution and the solubilization of indomethacin in an alcohol mixture. Invenţia se referă la un hidrogel conţinând indometacin, utilizat în tratamentul antiinflamatoriu, şi la procedeul de preparare a acestuia. Hidrogelul conform invenţiei este constituit din 2 g indometacin, 3 ml hidroxid de sodiu soluţie 10%, 1 g carboximetilceluloză sodică, 3...6 ml glicerină, 12...15 ml alcool izopropilic, 22,5 ml propilenglicol, 22,5 ml alcool etilic şi apă distilată până la 100 g hidrogel. Procedeul de preparare a hidrogelului are ca etape importante, care conferă eficacitate maximă hidrogelului: solubilizarea indometacinului în soluţie de hidroxid de sodiu 10% şi într-un amestec de alcooli.
