According to the invention, the porphyrin derivative has the following chemical structure and is obtained by the reaction between the salicylic aldehyde, valerianic aldehyde and pyrrole, in acid medium, at a temperature ranging between 110...130A C, followed by the reaction mixture cooling, filtration, washing with warm water and the separation of the useful product, on chromatographic column.
Invenţia se referă la un derivat de porfirină,care poate fi utilizat în terapia fotodinamică a cancerului, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia.Derivatul de porfirină, conform invenţiei, are următoarea structură chimicăşi se obţine prin reacţia dintre aldehida salicilică, aldehida valerianică şi pirol, în mediu acid, la o temperatură cuprinsă între 110...130°C, urmatăde răcirea amestecului de reacţie, filtrare, spălare cu apă caldă şi separarea produsului util, pe coloană cromatografică. |
