Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for recovery purification of copper ions from residual solutions. According to the invention, the process consists, in a first stage, in extracting the copper ions as oxalate hemihydrate, under the following optimal reaction conditions: molar concentration of copper within the residual solution>0.02, pH=5.5, oxalic acid over 60%, reaction temperature of 70A ; further on, by the thermal decomposition of the metallic oxalate, at a temperature of at least 260A C, there is obtained the copper oxide.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de epurare recuperativă a ionului de cupru, din soluţii reziduale. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că ionul de cupru este extras, într-o primă fază, sub formă de oxalat semihidrat, în următoarele condiţii optime de reacţie: concentraţiamolară a cuprului în soluţia reziduală > 0,02, pH-ul = 5,5, acid oxalic în exces de 60%, temperatura de reacţie de 70°C; după care, prin descompunerea termică a oxalatului metalic, la o temperatură de minimum 260°C, se obţine oxidul de cupru. |
