According to the invention, the process is carried out by ehaustion or quetching-storing, on equipments such as spool or jet overflow or quetch-storing pipes, respectively, by treating the cloths with an aqueous solution containing 0.025...3 g/l alkaline pectinase of the pectate-lyase group with enzymatic activity of 3000 APSU/g, 1...5 ml/l of non-ionic surface-active product, based on fatty alcohol derivative ether polyglycol, with or without addition of 0.15...0.20 g/l of EDTA complexing product, with or without addition of 0.5...2 g/l alpha-amylase of non-pathogen microorganisms with enzymatic activity of 1200NAU/g, at a pH value of 7...9, with sodium carbonate, at a bath ratio of 1:20 and it is maintained at a temperature of 55...65A C, for 30...60 min, for the pectine enzymatic hydrolyzis.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu ecologic de curăţare preliminară a ţesăturilor din bumbac prin îndepărtarea impurităţilor necelulozice cu produse enzimatice. Procedeul conform invenţieise realizează prin epuizare sau fulardare-depozitare, pe aparate tip ha?pel sau jet overflow ?i,respectiv, fulard-pipe de depozitare, prin tratarea ţesăturilor cu o soluţie apoasă, ce conţine 0,025...3 g/l pectinază alcalină din grupa pectat-liazei cu activitatea enzimatică de 3000 APSU/g, 1...5 ml/l produs tensioactiv neionic pe bază de poliglicol eter derivat de alcool gras, cu sau fără adaos de 0,15...0,20 g/l produs de complexare EDTA, cu sau fără adaos de 0,5...2g/l alfa-amilază din microorganisme nepatogene cu activitatea enzimatică de 1200 NAU/g, la o valoare a pH-ului de 7...9, cu carbonat de sodiu, la un raport de flotă de 1:20 ?i se menţine la o temperatură de 55...65°C, timp de 30...60 min, pentru hidroliza enzimatică a pectinelor. |
