Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process and an installation for making artificial teeth of polymeric biological materials when reproducible dental works can be made. According to the invention, the process comprises injecting the polymerizable biologic material into the mould, achieved by vacuum/pressure alternation: 0.7 absolute bar/7 absolute bar, under the strict control of the polymeriazation temperature at the interface between the resin and the assembling table.The claimed installation for carrying out the process comprises a basin (1) placed in a thermostat (7) and provided with a radial jacket (3) where 1..3 temperature measuring microdetectors can be introduced for measuring the temperature, and a mould (2) of the artificial tooth connected to a vacuum-generating circuit with serially connected components: channel (5) pressure bottle (6), buffer vessel (16) and a vacuum pump (24), and to a circuit for the injection under pressure of polymerizable biological material, with serially connected components: compressor (23), buffer vessel (16), dispensing vessel (10) with its piston (11), channel (4) and mould (2). Invenţia se referă la un procedeu ?i la o instalaţie pentru realizarea protezelor dentare, din biomateriale polimerice, în condiţiile în care sunt posibile lucrări dentare, reproductibile. Procedeul conform invenţiei cuprinde injectarea biomaterialului polimerizabil în tipar, care se realizează prin alternanţa vacuum/presiune: 0,7 bar absolut/7 bar absolut, cu controlul riguros al temperaturii de polimerizare, la interfaţa dintre ră?ină ?i masa de ambalare. Instalaţia conform invenţiei, în cadrul căreia este aplicat procedeul, cuprinde o chiuvetă (1) plasată într-un termostat (7), prevăzută cu o teacă (3) radială,în care pot fi introduse 1...3 microtermoelemente, pentru măsurarea temperaturii, ?i un tipar (2) al protezei, conectat la un circuit de vacuumare, cu elemente componente, legate în serie: canal (5), sticlă de presiune (6), vas tampon (16) ?ipompă de vid (24), respectiv, la un circuit de injectare sub presiune, a biomaterialului polimerizabil, cu elemente componente, legate în serie: compresor (23), vas tampon (16), vas de dozare (10) cu piston (11), canal (4) ?i tipar (2).
