Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for the separation and recovery of formaldehyde from waste water, by using ion exchangers, consisting in retaining the formalin on highly basic anionites of the form OH- from waste water with concentrations ranging from 1 to 12% formalin and of the elution of the retained formaldehyde with NH3, at a molar ratio of at least 2:3 NH3/CH2O. For waste water with higher formalin concentrations, this is first converted into hexamethylene-tetramine, by treating it with 25% NH3 and the hexamethylene-tetramine is retained on carboxylic cationites of the form H+, the elution being achieved by using 5% NaOH solutions.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de separare şi valorificare a formaldehidei, din ape reziduale, cu ajutorul schimbătorilor de ioni, care constă în reţinerea formolului, pe anioniţi puternicbazici, forma OH- din ape reziduale cu concentraţii între 1...12% formol şi eluţia formaldehidei reţinută, cu NH3, în raport molar de cel puţin 2:3 NH3/CH2O. Pentru ape reziduale cu concentraţii mai mari de 12% formol, acesta se transformă, mai întâi, în hexametilentetramină, prin tratare cu NH3 25%, iar hexametilentetramina este reţinută pe cationiţi carboxilici, în forma H+, eluţia făcându-se cu soluţii NaOH 5%. |
