| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an adjustable centrifugal coupling with friction shoes, with adjustable torsion moment. According to the invention, the coupling is provided with a driving semicoupling (1), some driving weights (5) that can be moved radially, inside a guiding disk (7) that, in its turn, has the possibility to move axially, through an initial outer adjustment, and the centrifugal force amplified by means of some levers (8) acts as an additional force upon some shoes (9) provided with some friction gaskets (10) which transmit, through friction, the torsion moment to a drum (3) secured by means of some screws (15) and some cylindrical pins (17) to a driven semicoupling (2).
Invenţia se referă la un cuplaj centrifugal, reglabil, cu saboţi de fricţiune, la care momentul de torsiune este reglabil. Cuplajul conform invenţiei este prevăzut cu un semicuplaj (1) conducător, nişte greutăţi (5) de acţionare, care se pot deplasa, radial, într-un disc (7) de ghidare, care are, la rândul său, posibilitatea să se deplaseze axial, printr-un reglaj iniţial exterior, iar forţa centrifugă, amplificată cu ajutorul unor pârghii (8), acţionează, ca forţă suplimentară, asupra unor saboţi (9), prevăzuţi cu nişte garnituri (10) de fricţiune, care transmit, prin frecare, momentul de torsiune, la un tambur (3) solidarizat cu ajutorul unor şuruburi (15) şi al unor ştifturi (17) cilindrice, cu un semicuplaj (2) condus. |
