Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for repairing and reinforcing the elements made of pre-stressed and/or reinforced concrete which present various cracking levels. The process consists of the following stages: cleaning up the surface of the old concrete (1), by removing the non-adhering exfoliated concrete or the dirt, applying, by polishing plaster coating, a first layer of polyester putty (2) obtained by mixing a quantity of thermally rigid polyester resin with a quantity of cement powder, in a gravimetric proportion of 50% each, applying, by pressing, a layer of fabric or felting made of glass fibers (3), applying by polishing plaster coating, a second layer of polyester putty (2), followed by successively applying a layer of fabric or felting made of glass fibers (3) and a layer of polyester putty (2), up to obtaining the thickness established by the strength calculation.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de reparare şi consolidare a elementelor din beton armat şi/sau precomprimat, care prezintă diferite grade de fisurare. Procedeul cuprinde următoarele faze: curăţarea suprafeţei de beton vechi (1), prin îndepărtarea betonului neaderent, exfoliat sau a murdăriei, aplicarea, prin gletuire, a unui prim strat de chit poliesteric (2), obţinut prin amestecarea unei cantităţi de răşină poliesterică, termorigidă, cu o cantitate de praf de ciment, în proporţie gravimetrică de 50% fiecare, aplicarea, prin presare, a unui strat de ţesătură sau împâslitură din fibre de sticlă (3), aplicarea, prin gletuire, a unui al doilea strat de chit poliesteric (2), continuarea cu aplicarea, succesiv, a câte unui strat de ţesătură sau împâslitură din fibre de sticlă (3) şi a câte unui strat de chit poliesteric (2), până la obţinerea grosimii stabilită în calculul de rezistenţă. |
