Invenţia se referă la sisteme disperse, apoase, de pigmenţi organici, constituite din 5...45% pigment organic, 1...10% agent umectant, 2,5...25% agent dispersant, 0,5...2% agent îngroşător, 0,1...2% agent conservant, 0,1...2% agent antispumant, 0,25...2,5% agent dedurizant, 30...90% apă demineralizată, procentele fiind exprimate în greutate şi au un pH cuprins între 6,5...9,5 şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestora, care constă în ampastarea pigmentului organic în mediu apos, în prezenţă de agent dedurizant şi agent umectant, amestecul obţinut fiind supus măcinării, într-o moară cu microelemente, la un raport masic microelemente : amestec de 1...3 : 1, în prezenţă de agent dispersant şi agent antispumant, după care, la dispersia astfel obţinută, se adaugă agentul îngroşător, agentul conservant, în final pH-ul dispersiei fiind corectat la valoarea de 6,5...9,5, prin adăugarea substanţei cu caracter bazic. |
