INSTALLATION FOR CONTROLLING AND MEASURING WATER CONSUMPTION AND PROCESS FOR INSERTING THE SAME

The invention relates to an installation for controlling and measuring the water consumption in buildings, carried out as a measuring loop, connected to the main section (23) for water supply and to the existing installation (2) and (A) in the apartment, by means of some 90 elbows (21 and 22), mounted on the threads obtained, after removing the existing separation valve, by means of some threaded nozzles (1 and 4), through which there is made the connection to a ball check valve (5) for interrupting water, wherein there enters a settling nozzle (6), which comprises a length of pipe (a) connected with a screw cap (6a) to a measuring counter (7), whose length is three times the nominal diameter of the settling nozzle (6), to the rear side of the counter (7) there being fastened another settling nozzle (9), by means of another screw cap (6b), comprising a length of pipe (b) connected to the end (c) of a "T"-shaped joint (10), whose median end (e) is fastened, by means of a reduction (12), to a supplying pipe (13) of a consumption point, and at the rear end (d) there is fastened a threaded nozzle (11) of variable length, which, together with another threaded nozzle (15) participates in adjusting the pressure loss in the entire installation, between the two threaded nozzles (11 and 15) there being connected a reinforced rigid or flexible pipe (16), provided, for that purpose, with some joints (17 and 18), the measuring loop closing by being coupled to the existing installation (A), by means of a 90 elbow (19) and a nipple (20) connected to the 90 elbow (22).
