Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device with constant magnets and flux concentration for the magnetic treatment of fluids circulating through pipes, meant to treat fluids at pipe level in order to prevent incrustation in pipes. According to the invention, the device with constant magnets comprises some modules of unipolar magnetic circuit, placed along a pipe (1) by means of some spacing sleeves (2), each module having two axially shifted diametrically opposed parallelipipedic constant magnets, supported on the module frame (4) and some circular segments (5) which are made up of a ferromagnetic material and have on the inner surface of the module some ferromagnetic polar members (6), with a triangular cross-section, which concentrate the magnetic flux. The short sides of the polar member triangle (6) are opposite one another, limiting a useful gap, such that the circulation of the flux (f) to be treated takes place in a winding manner through the useful gap and the axial portions, limited by the middle sides of the ferromagnetic concentrating polar members (6).
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv cu magneţi permanenţi şi concentrare de flux, pentru tratarea magnetică a fluidelor vehiculate, destinat tratării, la nivelul conductelor, a fluidelor, în vederea preîntâmpinării depunerilor de cruste. Dispozitivul cu magneţi permanenţi, conform invenţiei, cuprinde nişte module circuit magnetic unipolar, amplasate în lungul unei conducte (1), prin nişte bucşe (2) distanţoare, fiecare modul având doi magneţi permanenţi (3), paralelipipedici, dispuşi decalat, pe direcţie axială şi diametral opuşi, sprijiniţi pe carcasa (4) modulului şi pe nişte segmente circulare (5), care sunt realizate dintr-un material feromagnetic şi au prevăzute pe suprafeţele dinspre interiorul modulului, nişte piese (6) polare, feromagnetice, concentratoare de flux magnetic, cu secţiune triunghiulară. Laturile mici ale triunghiului pieselor polare (6) sunt poziţionate faţă în faţă, delimitând un întrefier util, astfel încât circulaţia fluxului (f) de tratat are loc, şerpuit, prin întrefierul util şi porţiunile axiale, delimitate de laturile mijlocii ale pieselor (6) polare, feromagnetice, concentratoare. ŕ |
