Prezenta invenţie se referă la antibiotice cefalosporinice, la compoziţii farmaceutice care conţin aceste antibiotice, precum şi la utilizarea lor. Aceşti compuşi prezintă activitate antibiotică împotriva unui spectru larg de organisme, inclusiv organismele rezistente la antibioticele beta-lactamice, convenţionale. ŕ
