Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electroreactor meant for purifying residual waters, loaded with hardly biodegradable organic substances characterized by foaming after bubbling gas into water. According to the invention, the electroreactor consists of an assembly of plane-parallel electrodes, cathodes (7) and anhodes (8), located inside a cylindrical recipient (1) having an upper cap (2) and a lower cap (3) whereon there is positioned a residual water supplying nozzle (4). Inside the recipient (1), near the lower cap (3) there is mounted, by means of an insulator (6), a perforated plate (15), above which there is mounted a support sustaining the cathodes (7) consisting of some plane-parallel plates, and the upper cap (2) is penetrated by a bar (9) with possibilities of vertically actuating through a handling system (10) and whereto there is fastened a support sustaining the anode plates (8) positioned so that they interfere with the cathode plates (7), both plate types being provided at their ends with some spacers (11) made of insulating material. As a consequnce of the pressure of the gases discharged at the electrodes, the foam discharging evacuation is performed continuously by means of a separation-discharge system (A) which comprises an interior collecting chute (12) and an external separating chamber (13).
Invenţia se referă la un electroreactor destinat epurării apelor uzate, încărcate cu substanţe organice greu biodegradabile, caracterizate prin spumare în urma barbotării de gaze în apă. Electroreactorul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-un ansamblu de electrozi plan-paraleli, catozi (7) şi anozi (8), amplasat într-un recipient cilindric (1), având un capac superior (2) şi un capac inferior (3) pe care este poziţionat un ştuţ de alimentare (4) cu apă uzată . În recipient (1), în apropierea capacului inferior (3), este montată, prin intermediul unui izolator (6), o placă (15) perforată, deasupra căreia este montat un suport care susţine catozii (7) constituiţi din nişte plăci plan-paralele, iar capacul (2) superior este străbătut de o bară (9) cu posibilităţi de acţionare pe verticală printr-un sistem (10) de manevrare şi de care este fixat un suport care susţine plăcile anozilor (8), astfel poziţionate, încât se întrepătrund cu plăcile catozilor (7), ambele tipuri de plăci fiind prevăzute la capete cu nişte distanţiere (11) din material izolant.
